||An encounter|| Wyngro (+story)

  Mandarine once more decided to go to the Rattle's Rest to relax, not wanting to get sappy tonight. The door creaked softly like it always did when someone entered the Rattle's Rest and the tapkeeper, Ash, greeted Mandarine like every of his customers and the orange wyngrew greeted him back, setteling down by the bar next to another orange quad.
  "Anything to drink, Mandarine?" asked Ash, a smile on his lips but Mandarine shook her head, sighing softly. "I am not intending on getting sappy tonight, Ash." she mumbled, the tapkeeper frowned but nodded softly to her response. "Feeling a bit under the weather today, are we?", asked Ash, softly leaning on the Counter. "Simon over here", Ash gestured towards the orange quad next to Mandarine, "is also feeling a bit down, I think you both can help eachother to get a bit more cheery again."
  The tapkeeper moved on from the two orange wyngrew and started to serve drinks to the other customers while Mandarine turned her gaze to Simon. "well.. Hello Simon. It's the first time I am seeing you here.. you don't come here often, do you?" she softly asked and Simon responded with a nod before explaining "I work on a farm further away from town and I am always busy, so I can't come here often to relax but I had the chance to do so today."
  Mandarine softly smiled, raising her voice "Ah, I know what you mean.. I don't exactly work on a farm but I do work around Wnsiph to earn money for my adoptive ch- son and mine's future. I am planning on building a house once I have enough coins but Fulivus says he want to stay in the nook a bit longer before wanting to start bigger plans but I understnad that. He did promise me that he'd visit me occaisionally but it still will be different once I have moved out... especially since I took care of Fulivus since I found him as an hatchling infront of the nook..." The wyngro's ears softly lowered as she thought about leaving her child behind but she also noticed that Simon seemed to be more sad once she told him about her worries.
  "Is everything alright?", Mandarine softy asked and Simon looked away muttering "It's nothing important.. just... I want to have a child of my own... a biological child because I exactly want to expecrience what you have with your son... I want to see them grow up and be there for them but it's hard to find a wyngro that's willing to help..."
  Mandarine softly blinked at Simon's words but she defenetly caught why it had made him sad hearing her talk about her child like that. "A-ah, I see..." she mumbled, looking away now aswell, leaving them with an awkward silence.

Oho, more plot is comming around. Also, for anyone wondering why Mandarine is refering to Fulivus to her son when speaking of him towards others is that she promised to not tell anyone yet about Fulivus' struggles with their gender, so Mandarine will refer to them as "he" till Fuli offically givers their ok to allow her to tell other. The Story has 424 words.
